General information
What is a futures prop firm?
A prop firm specialized in futures lets you trade the futures markets with funded capital, without putting your own money at risk. You first pass an evaluation designed to demonstrate your trading skills and risk management. Once validated, you receive a funded account giving you access to a wide range of futures contracts on the CME, COMEX, CBOT and other international markets.
What is the Pack Pro?
Designed for traders with some experience, this bundle combines the evaluation and the activation fee of the funded account of your choice into a single payment, at a preferential price.
Do I need my own capital to trade with you?
No. No deposit is required to obtain a funded account. You only pay the evaluation fee and the funded activation fee.
What are the registration fees?
Fees depend on the account size, starting at $49.
Which account sizes are available?
We offer several account sizes: $50,000, $100,000, $200,000 and $300,000. Each size has its own profit targets and risk-management rules.
What happens if I lose?
If you exceed the loss limits (max drawdown), your account is revoked. You can retake the evaluation or use a discounted Restart at any time.
Is the evaluation account automatically reset every month?
No. Resets are manual, via a one-time payment. You can launch a Restart at any time directly from your dashboard.
How does profit sharing work?
On an active funded account, profits are split 90/10, with 90% going to the trader from your very first payout.
Which platforms are supported?
We support most platforms compatible with the dxFeed data feed, such as ATAS, Deepchart, Volfix and others. With Firmup, TradingView, Volumetrica and Deepchart are free, directly from your dashboard.
Do you offer support?
Yes, our support team is available on the Firmup Discord (community and fast assistance).
Which countries are allowed?
Registration for our programs and challenges is open to all users, subject to compliance with our terms and conditions.
However, access to a funded account after successfully completing a challenge may be subject to legal or regulatory restrictions depending on each user's country of residence.
It is each participant's responsibility to verify, before activating any funded account, that the activity offered by Firmup is authorized and legally accessible in their country of residence.
Firmup cannot act as a substitute for local authorities or provide legal advice. If in doubt, we recommend that each user seek guidance from the relevant authorities or a qualified professional.
When your account is created, a verification compliant with KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures will be carried out: a valid ID will be requested. Without this document, the funded account cannot be opened and no refund is granted.
Payouts
When can I request a payout?
After 5 distinct profitable days during the payout cycle. The counter resets to zero after each approved payout and must be reached again.
| Account size | Minimum daily profit |
|---|---|
| $50,000 | $150 |
| $100,000 | $200 |
| $200,000 | $250 |
| $300,000 | $300 |
What is the minimum payout amount?
The minimum is $200.
What is the maximum amount per payout?
| Account size | Maximum per payout |
|---|---|
| 50K | $2,000 |
| 100K | $2,500 |
| 200K | $3,000 |
| 300K | $3,500 |
Each request can represent up to 50% of the account balance, within the amount shown above. Minimum withdrawal of $200, paid via RISE within 1 to 8 business days.
Withdrawals and drawdown
Once eligible for a withdrawal, you can request a withdrawal corresponding to 50% of your available profits. The remaining 50% stays on your account to maintain a sufficient buffer above your drawdown and let you keep trading under good conditions.
The End-of-Day drawdown trails your performance until it reaches your account ceiling: 50K to $50,000, 100K to $100,000, 200K to $200,000, 300K to $300,000.
Rules
How is the End-of-Day (EOD) drawdown calculated?
The EOD drawdown is recalculated at the close of each trading session:
- It stays unchanged during the entire next session.
- If your balance reaches or falls below this level, your account is liquidated.
- When a new profit high is reached at the session close, the drawdown level is adjusted on realized profits only (unrealized profits excluded).
In short: this mechanism automatically adjusts your daily stop-loss to the growth of your capital, at the end of each trading day.
What is the consistency rule?
The consistency rule applies to evaluation accounts only. It encourages regular, disciplined trading: your best profit day cannot represent more than 50% of your total profit at validation.
Example (50K evaluation): profit target $3,000, allowed consistency $1,500 maximum in a single day. If a trader makes $2,000 in one day, the target is recalculated so that this day represents at most 50%: $2,000 / 0.50 = a new target of $4,000.
Which instruments can I trade?
Exclusively futures contracts:
- Equity index futures (e.g. E-mini S&P 500, Nasdaq, Dax40, Bund, Eurostoxx50)
- Commodities (e.g. crude oil, Gold, Silver)
- Markets: CME, COMEX, NYMEX, CBOT

Is the evaluation limited in time?
Yes, you have a maximum of 30 calendar days to pass your evaluation. No recurring subscription is charged!
Can I have several accounts?
Yes. Account merging is not possible. Evaluations: unlimited. Firmup funded accounts: up to 5 accounts.
Can I trade during major economic releases?
Yes. Be aware, however, that these periods can bring significant volatility and therefore increased risk.
Are overnight positions allowed?
No. On our intraday accounts, all positions must be closed no later than 5 minutes before the end of the session.
Can I hedge?
No. Hedging (holding opposite positions at the same time on one or several accounts) is prohibited and exposes you to account closure.
What happens after I pass the evaluation?
Once your target is reached and all rules respected, your account is validated and you can move to the next step: opening your funded account.
A one-time payment of $99 is then required (included in Pack Pro). You'll then need to complete your KYC identity verification from the "Verification" tab. Once approved, you'll simply need to sign your agreement to finalize the activation of your funded account.
Connection via dxFeed.
US traders
I'm a US trader, do I pay taxes on my payouts?
Yes. As a US person you report your worldwide income, wherever the paying company is based, and prop firm payouts are generally treated as independent-contractor income. Our payouts are processed through RISE, which collects your W-9 during onboarding and issues the corresponding 1099 form to US recipients, so you receive proper documentation for your return. Plan to set money aside for federal, self-employment and state tax, and confirm the details with a US tax professional: nothing on this site is tax advice.
Why a Swiss company rather than a US or offshore one?
Because accountability is the whole point. Arcadia Sàrl is registered in the Swiss commercial register with a public address and UID number (CHE-433.761.958), operating under Swiss law with published, dated terms. You know exactly who is behind your account, which is not something the offshore structures common in this industry can say. Where the company is based changes nothing about your US taxes: you owe them on your income either way.
How do payouts reach me in the US?
In USD, through RISE, within 1 to 8 business days, straight to the account you register on your side. You never hold funds or an account in Switzerland: the balance you trade is a simulated environment, and approved payouts are simply paid out to you. Minimum payout is $200, from 5 distinct profitable days per cycle, up to 50% of the balance per request.
